To secure your booking, we place a hold on your card, but rest assured, you will not be charged until after your cleaning service is complete.

Can I get the same cleaner every time?

  • A cancellation fee of RM50 applies if the service is cancelled after 5 PM the day before the scheduled cleaning.
  • This policy helps us manage our schedules effectively and maintain the quality of service for all our clients.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. For any changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid any cancellation charges.

What is Happy Klean Service Guarantee?

Should you find the cleaning service provided by us less than satisfactory, please inform us within a 48-hour window. We commit to revisiting your residence within a week to re-clean any specific areas that did not meet your expectations.

In the event that you remain dissatisfied with the cleaning service even after the re-clean, we will arrange for a managerial visit to your home to conduct an inspection. Following this, if your concerns are found valid, we will issue a full refund of your payment.

Please note, this guarantee is not applicable in situations where our cleaning crew faces obstacles such as ongoing work by other contractors in your home, absence of electricity or running water, or significant clutter that impedes the cleaning process.
